    Temporary Employment Contractors

    Dunbarton Corporation occasionally contracts with local temporary employment services to fill open jobs, especially hourly paid production jobs.

    Some jobs may be filled on a temporary-to-regular status basis. In these cases, persons placed in temporary jobs must work at least eight (8) weeks in a temporary status before being considered for regular-status employment. This transition is based on Dunbarton’s need, the expected length of the assignment, and the performance of the individual during the temporary assignment.
