Prospective Installers understand and agree that they are neither employees nor independent contractors of Dunbarton and that their installation of the Dunbarton products is for the purpose of obtaining the status or designation of a Certified Rediframe Installer, and not to benefit Dunbarton. The Prospective Installer’s installation of the Dunbarton products as part of the certification process does not constitute an undertaking on behalf of or for the benefit of Dunbarton.
Dunbarton disclaims any and all liability for any negligent, defective or substandard installation work performed by a prospective installer.
Prospective Installers further understand and agree that they are required to maintain liability insurance, licenses and bonds as required by their State.
Prospective Installer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dunbarton, it officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, costs, losses and damages caused by, arising out of, or resulting from the installation of any Dunbarton product(s) by the Prospective Installer.
